Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Shipment

You can apply for full free cancellation before your order is dispatched. Please send cancellation request by email and provide your order number.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once the package has been shipped, direct order cancellation is unavailable. You need to wait for delivery and submit a return request following our Refund & Returns Policy. Original outbound shipping fees cannot be refunded.

3. Custom / Special Production Orders

Customized furniture orders cannot be canceled once production has started. Please fully confirm all specifications before completing payment.

4. Order Cancellation by Our Company

We reserve the right to cancel orders under circumstances including out-of-stock items, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent transactions, failure to verify customer information. We will notify you promptly and arrange full refund.

5. Refund Timeline for Canceled Orders

After cancellation confirmation, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. The actual arrival time depends on your payment provider.
